DUGGAL Releases 2025 ESG Report, Reinforcing Transparency and Sustainable Innovation in Creative Production

Duggal Visual Solutions has released its 2025 ESG Report, offering an in-depth look at the company’s environmental, social, and governance progress while emphasizing transparency as a core pillar of its sustainability strategy.

Titled The Impact & Transparency Report, the publication outlines Duggal’s long-term vision for a more responsible future in creative production, where sustainability is embedded across design, manufacturing, and innovation processes. The company describes its ESG framework as a blueprint for reducing environmental impact, supporting employee well-being, and maintaining ethical practices throughout operations and supply chains.

The report shares audited performance data and operational benchmarks, giving clients and partners greater visibility into Duggal’s progress and accountability efforts. In 2025, the company reported 6.6 million kWh of total energy consumption and 2,671 MTCO2e in emissions, while maintaining 100% solar energy usage across portions of its facilities. Duggal also highlighted its rainfall collection system, which supplements water needs and helps keep sections of its operations off the city water grid.

Material innovation and waste reduction remain central to the company’s sustainability efforts. According to the report, 76% of total waste was recycled, 56% of packaging spend came from recycled content, and 10% of internally purchased goods met biodegradable FTC standards. Duggal also reported diverting more than 810 tons of waste from landfills.

The company also spotlighted sustainable retail innovation through product and technology development, including Transparent OLED (TOLED) solutions, which reportedly deliver up to 65% energy savings compared to traditional signage while supporting premium digital storytelling experiences. Additional case studies detailed post-event recycling initiatives, including partnerships to divert large-scale branded materials from landfill waste streams.

On the social impact side, Duggal reported continued investment in workplace diversity, employee safety, and community engagement. The report notes that 38% of managerial positions are held by minority groups and 34% by women, alongside a 65% decrease in work-related injuries over the last two years. Community initiatives included food drives, charitable fundraising, and $100,000 in donated print services supporting nonprofit organizations.

Governance and compliance remain a key focus, with 93% of production suppliers signing Duggal’s Code of Conduct and 100% of employees completing annual business ethics and harassment training. The company also maintained multiple sustainability certifications, including EcoVadis Gold status—placing Duggal in the top 5% of suppliers globally—as well as Sustainable Green Printing (SGP) certification and G7 color management certification.

With a roadmap extending to 2030, Duggal continues to position itself at the intersection of creative production, experiential design, and sustainability, demonstrating how operational transparency and innovation can move the retail and visual solutions industry forward.
