Rowing Blazers Releases Second FW19 Drop, Launches Brooklyn Pop-Up

After sharing the first drop of its “Post-Ivy”-inspired Fall/Winter 2019 collection, Rowing Blazers has returned with the second installment of the preppy goods. The lookbook revisits pieces like relaxed suits and the brand’s signature rugby polos, while spotlighting new colorways of lambswool cricket sweaters and classic button-ups.

Styles like collared shirts have been printed with a graphic of a Portcullis gate, its spiky grooves rekindling the architecture of the medieval period. The hats and rugbys are also stamped with the same image on the chest, the latter of which has been refreshed with rich shades of purple and green for the new assortment. Meanwhile, the cricket sweaters come grounded in cream tones while rainbow-colored stripes liven up the trim details.

In conjunction with the release of drop two, Rowing Blazers has also announced the opening of a Brooklyn pop-up. Like the brand’s SoHo and Los Angeles spaces, the shop is stocked with vintage insignia and posters that help bring the collegiate atmosphere full circle.

The FW19 collection will be available at the pop-up, which opens on October 17, as well as the label’s SoHo and Brentwood stores and on Rowingblazers.com.
