Porsche Thailand and Hugo Boss Unveil Fall/Winter 2019 Capsule Collection

Celebrating a global partnership between the two iconic brands, AAS Auto Service — Thailand’s only authorised importer and distributor of Porsche cars — joined hands with Hugo Boss to launch a special Fall/Winter 2019 Capsule Collection. The line was unveiled in Bangkok for the first time ever, with an exclusive presentation at the Porsche City Showroom in Siam Paragon.

Along with the presentation, guests also had the chance to experience firsthand the new 911 Carrera — coming at a starting of 9.9 million baht, the model was on display, fully equipped with Power Steering Plus, 14-way Memory Power Seats and a BOSE Sound System. From what we loved in the Porsche x Boss Fall/Winter 2019 Capsule Collection, to why we’re especially excited for the new Porsche 911 Carrera, scroll to see what happened at the affair.

Sharing the same passion for racing, design, and innovation, Hugo Boss is an official clothing partner of the Porsche Motorsport team. For the special capsule collection, the German luxury fashion house unveiled a line of outfits inspired by the sleek curves of a Porsche sports car. Made using nothing but the very best, the capsule collection is all about encapsulating the spirit of the two brands — premium leather and wool are presented in striking shades of silver, black, and red that embody what Porsche and Boss are all about. Exuding a combination of sporty and sophisticated, the range includes a leather jacket, polo, casual jacket, and trainers.

The New Porsche 911 Carrera

While the presentation highlighted the Fall/Winter 2019 capsule collection, the star of the show was definitely the Porsche 011 Carrera on display. Marking the eighth generation of the Timeless Machine, the new 911 continues Porsche’s streak of setting global standards of what it means to be a true luxury sports car. Featuring a 10.9-inch touchscreen monitor, and a six-cylinder boxer engine with biturbo charging, capable of generating up to 385 hp, the car exudes a sense of what is unmistakably Porsche’s DNA — this time with a more muscular look.

Of course, the partnership between Porsche and Hugo Boss isn’t limited to just in fashion and flagships alone, but also extends to the race track. Later this year, when Porsche enters the races come December, Hugo Boss will be outfitting the future Porsche Formula E team, leaving avid fans with much to look forward to.
