Michael Kors invites you to be part of their in-person WindowsWear Mentorship Program at their headquarters in New York City! Sign up to secure your spot and attend bimonthly evening classes where you will meet with the Store Design and Visual Merchandising leaders. Learn to create and develop a project that defines the new “Jet Set” in-store experience including store design, window displays, and pop-in store animations for Michael Kors.

We bring the dream of Jet Set to life through visual codes that convey luxury, glamour, and a sense of adventure and movement. Michael founded this company 41 years ago with the launch of Collection, and it remains the pinnacle of our brand identity.
Guidelines
Participants must be located in the New York area and available twice a month on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at 6pm from January 9 through April 10, 2023.
Your application must include:
* Resume, which should be inclusive of contact information, school, major, minor (if any), GPA, and year of study
* Cover Letter setting forth why the candidate is qualified to participate in the mentorship program
Deadline: Thursday, December 15th 2022.
All submissions received before Thursday, December 15th, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET will be considered by WindowsWear and the Michael Kors team who will determine the top ten “Finalists”. Selection will be based upon candidate’s resume and cover letter.
Prizes
The ten finalists will be part of the in-person mentorship program at the Michael Kors offices in New York City from January through April 2023. Mentorship sessions will take place twice a month on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at 6pm. Based on the development of the project of every finalist during the mentorship program, the Michael Kors team will select one 1st place winner, one 2nd place winner, and one 3rd place winner.
1st, 2nd and 3rd Place: A paid internship with the Michael Kors brand to be completed during Summer 2023, contingent on passing a legally permissible background check and confirmation of eligibility to work in the U.S. Winner must be available for the internship for a minimum of eight (8) weeks and the internship shall not exceed twelve (12) weeks. The paid internships may be conducted in-person. No living accommodations, meals, or travel is included in this first Prize.
All finalists that are not selected as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will receive a Michael Kors certificate of achievement and a letter congratulating them on their submission signed by the Michael Kors team. Eligibility guidelines.
