For spring/summer 2024, creative director Sophie Delafontaine looked at providing the Longchamp woman with a contemporary update. Introducing the Longchamp University collection, a collection that bridges traditional Parisian allure with a refined level of youthful exuberance. Fit for the trendy exchange student of a young style muse finding her place in the world, this collection injects culture and buzz into everyday classic. It is the epitome of preppy chic juxtaposed with a hints of bohemian and streetwear influences, exhibiting class and taste.
On February 15th 2024, Longchamp organized a prestigious event at the Lycée Henri-IV in Paris. Friends of the Maison, invited by Artistic Director Sophie Delafontaine, came together to celebrate the launch of the Spring-Summer 2024 collection: Longchamp University. The guest list included actresses Charlotte Le Bon, Alice Isaaz, Manon Bresh, Chloé Jouannet, Emma Smet, Koukla and Milla Lapidus, Zoé Adjani, Lola Le Lann, Oulaya Amamra, as well as top models Constance Jablonski and Ilona Smet. Vibrant, colourful decor immersed attendees in an academic Parisian atmosphere. The evening was punctuated by Sadeck Berrabah’s hypnotic choreography, performed by 30 dancers, and the arrival of the exuberant Monty Pistons brass band.
