KHAITE at Selfridges: A Cinematic Expression of Modern American Luxury

At Selfridges’ iconic Atrium, KHAITE unveils an immersive pop-up that translates the spirit of the American road into a striking retail environment. Conceived as a cinematic journey through space and light, the installation transforms the linear footprint into a series of evolving perspectives, inviting visitors to move through the experience as though traversing a contemporary landscape.

Translucent polycarbonate panels illuminated in saturated shades of red and green create layers of depth and shifting reflections, while blackened metal fixtures and gravel textures ground the environment with a sense of raw materiality. The interplay of color, transparency, and industrial finishes evokes movement and atmosphere, blurring the boundaries between architecture, installation, and retail produced by Acierta.

The result is a distinctly KHAITE expression of modern American luxury—minimal yet emotionally charged, refined yet elemental. Through creativity, design, technical development, production, and installation, the pop-up reimagines the department store environment as an experiential destination, where every surface and sightline contributes to a narrative of motion, discovery, and contemporary elegance.
