Inspired by the brand’s whimsical aesthetic, the activation immersed visitors in a world of oversized strawberries, cheerful red-and-white accents, and an eye-catching strawberry ice cream experience that captured the joy of summertime in the city.

At the heart of the installation was a custom-branded red ice cream truck, where guests were treated to complimentary strawberry-inspired frozen desserts from Van Leeuwen Ice Cream. The truck quickly became the centerpiece of the event, drawing crowds with its nostalgic charm while reinforcing Kate Spade’s signature blend of optimism, color, and playful sophistication.

Surrounding the activation, oversized strawberry décor and immersive photo moments transformed Rockefeller Center into a lively summer destination.
