Calvin Klein has introduced its Indigo capsule at the brand’s Soho flagship in New York with a retail installation built around denim and saturated shades of blue.
The installation extends throughout the store, using deep indigo-toned elements across both the interior and visual merchandising. Large suspended blue panels hang from the ceiling, creating a series of vertical planes through the sales floor, while a matching blue carpet defines the central presentation area.
The denim-focused treatment is complemented by Calvin Klein campaign imagery displayed on a large digital screen at the rear of the space. The image features a model wearing a blue Calvin Klein top, reinforcing the collection’s indigo color story.
Product is presented across wooden display tables and conventional clothing fixtures, with denim and other pieces from the Indigo capsule arranged throughout the space. Mannequins are dressed in Calvin Klein looks, including denim and blue-toned separates, while accessories and folded merchandise are displayed on the central tables.
The installation was created in connection with the launch of the Calvin Klein Indigo capsule across digital and social channels as well as in-store. A recent post from Calvin Klein’s visual merchandising team describes the Soho project as a denim installation supporting the Indigo capsule’s launch across consumer touchpoints. Production is credited to Visual Citi Inc.
Rather than introducing a complex architectural intervention, the installation relies primarily on color, fabric-like surfaces, suspended panels and merchandising elements to alter the character of the existing retail environment. The consistent use of indigo creates a visual connection between the campaign imagery, product presentation and the physical space.
The Soho installation forms part of Calvin Klein’s Back-to-School retail presentation for the Indigo capsule, bringing the collection’s denim identity directly into the brand’s New York flagship.
