Zenit Messebau – “Colors of Ideas” and the Design of Hospitality Spaces

At EuroShop 2026 in Düsseldorf, Zenit Messebau presented its “Colors of Ideas” concept, centered on the role of atmosphere, hospitality, and interaction in B2B environments.

The project explored how exhibition spaces can move beyond visual impact to create environments that invite people to stay, engage, and connect. The result was an open meeting space shaped by color, material, and light.

Large fabric-covered backdrops defined the space, with soft gradients and controlled lighting establishing a calm and cohesive visual setting. Organically shaped seating areas were integrated throughout, offering places to pause and encouraging conversation.

At the center of the space was a modular coffee bar, developed as a point of interaction. In collaboration with Woods Cocktail GmbH, the bar served coffee, tea, soft drinks, and cocktails, supporting informal exchange between visitors and the team.

An interactive element was introduced through a custom-built, 3D-printed ice cream topping machine. Activated by a red buzzer, the installation combined movement, fog effects, digital projections, and real toppings, creating a shared moment of interaction within the space.

The project was developed with a focus on reuse and adaptability. The architectural system is fully modular, allowing elements to be dismantled, reconfigured, and used across future projects rather than built for a single event.

The installation reflects Zenit Messebau’s approach to exhibition design, where spatial experience, material use, and interaction are considered together to support communication and connection.
