Melissa Moved to Toronto from Colombia in 2019 to achieve additional advancements in her career and improve her tactile skills. Melissa has a degree in graphic design and a post-degree in advertising management, which gives her a wide perspective in brand design. Working at Bogota City Hall and on personal illustration projects, Melissa has 10 years of experience developing visual presentations and advertising strategies for brands. Graduated from Visual Merchandising Arts at Seneca College, she learned in-depth prop construction and photography styling, all skills that landed her a placement at Studio Blanco. Melissa is fond of colourful art, from graffitis in Toronto, to fine arts in Paris. She is eager to visit world museums and experience cultural expressions. Women illustrators such as Gemma O’Brien and Ola Volo are her inspiration. Melissa is hoping to apply all her knowledge into creative installations and photo styling projects to come.
