Fashion Student at DMACC
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic. At the age of 19, I came to the US as an Exchange Student. I am married to a wonderful supportive husband. We have two daughters and 6 beautiful grandchildren. At the age of 55, I started my long time dream of becoming a fashion designer and I enrolled at DMACC Fashion Institute. It has been an exciting first year and I am finishing my Freshman year with a 4.0 GPA. I have learned so much from the teachers and other students. I thank God every day for giving me the opportunity to be able to proof that it’s never to late to start something new!!! It doesn’t come easy but everything you put effort into taste a lot better at the end! I am not quite done yet!!!
