On May 13, 2025, the University of Georgia (UGA)’s Textiles, Merchandising and Interiors program embarked on an immersive educational journey to New York City with a WindowsWear tour, with esteemed professor Dr. Yoo-Kyoung Seock and fashion merchandising students Angela Bowden, Neve Bowen, Charlotte Anne Carbaugh, Elizabeth English, Salma Hanifa, Emma Harris, Juliet Joyce, Jenna Kolberg, Arianna Layng, Gaelane Leandre, Camille Mosier, Elizabeth Pope, and Maeve Ransom.
This experiential learning opportunity was designed to provide students with firsthand insights into the fashion industry’s retail and visual merchandising sectors and included visits to Saks Fifth Avenue and Tiffany & Co. The trip was also arranged with VADO Explore.
