Pyrasied – Material Exploration for Retail Design and Displays

Düsseldorf, March 2026 – During EuroShop 2026, Pyrasied presented The Material Boutique, an installation focused on materials and surfaces used in retail and interior environments.

The concept introduced a selection of materials, textures, and finishes intended for applications in retail interiors, display systems, and brand presentations.

The installation was designed as a space where visitors could explore and compare different materials. The Material Boutique brought together a range of surfaces and structures that can be used in retail environments, allowing designers and retailers to evaluate combinations of materials for different spatial applications.

Throughout the exhibition, the installation became a setting for discussions about material selection in retail design. Visitors explored how material choices can influence visual presentation, durability, and sustainability considerations in retail environments.

“EuroShop 2026 was a great opportunity to showcase the role materials play in retail design,” said Matthijs Bolhuis, Commercial Manager at Pyrasied.
“The interest in The Material Boutique showed that designers and retailers continue to explore new materials and sustainable options for their projects.”

Bolhuis also noted that the installation was developed in collaboration with several partner suppliers who contributed materials to the concept.
