At the iconic Herald Square location, Dr. Martens once again partnered with Duggal to create a window experience that embodies the brand’s “Art of Comfort” campaign for the ZebZag line. The large-scale sculptural centerpiece, suspended mid-air, featured a striking contrast of sharp geometric panels framing a soft, organic core, a physical representation of the ZebZag design philosophy: structure meets ease, legacy meets reinvention.
This install expanded on the concept introduced in the Soho store with a dual product-shelf configuration, allowing multiple boots to be displayed directly on the sculptural form. The textured, stone-like surface of the organic element further emphasized tactile comfort, while the clean, industrial planes on either side maintained a modern, utilitarian edge.
Vibrant yellow vinyl lettering on the windows reinforced brand messaging from the street view, drawing attention to the campaign name and tagline. Duggal led fabrication and installation, helping Dr. Martens bring the essence of ZebZag into physical form, blending graphic impact with architectural storytelling in one of NYC’s most high-traffic retail districts.
