For the Cloudsurfer Max “Big Softie” campaign, Duggal Visual Solutions transformed On Running’s Lafayette Street flagship into an immersive, tactile installation that anchors the brand’s nationwide rollout. The storefront features bold double-sided lightboxes and oversized UV-printed SEG graphics, framing the campaign’s hero messaging in a crisp, high-impact presentation—perfect for a street-facing window environment.
Inside the store, Duggal engineered a series of sculptural soft-foam blocks, each precision-cut with “bubble” openings and strapped under tension with vibrant ratchet bands to dramatize the product’s signature softness. The installation includes four motorized small foam units and one large centerpiece block mounted on custom aluminum bases, creating an interactive, prop-driven focal point that blends set design, retail storytelling, and product-forward display.
The campaign extended throughout the interior with lightbox podiums, hanging lights, refreshed window graphics, and aluminum flooring to carry the visual language across multiple touchpoints. Duggal managed the complete process—fabrication, packing, delivery, installation, removal of previous campaign elements, and all handling—ensuring seamless consistency with On Running’s national multi-store activation.
