The Carousel @ Bloomingdale’s: Coachtopia—a playful, sustainability-focused pop-up—has officially opened at the 59th Street flagship and online at Bloomingdales.com. Showcasing innovative bags and accessories like the Alter/Ego collection, crafted from leather scraps that would otherwise go to landfill, the pop-up spotlights Coachtopia’s circular design approach. These bags offer a 59–80% lower carbon footprint compared to similar styles made from new materials.
Taking over The Carousel’s 1,600-square-foot space and Lexington Avenue windows, the experience comes to life across four weekends with DJs, local food partners, and a Dustbag Print Shop, where guests receive a limited-edition recycled dustbag with every Coachtopia purchase. This marks Coachtopia’s first wholesale experience in North America.
