Magic Tree

You obviously know we have a variety of technologies, machinery, and skill sets in-house. We utilized the majority of them during this project execution. We created a 3D rendering that after approval we used as a technical drawing for the project execution. The trunk of the tree is cut on 5 axes and some branches on 3-axis CNC. Other branches with smaller diameters and complex configurations were printed on our giant 3D printer. In addition to this, we used polyuria for hard coating and fiberglass to join some elements. Leaves made of EVA foam and artistically painted. Just so you know these technologies and techniques can’t be executed without our talented team. Thank you a lot to ENCORE who trusted us!
