LondonHouse Chicago Curio Collection by Hilton was once the iconic London Guarantee & Accident headquarters, the 1923 building was renowned as one of the "Big Four" skyscrapers around the former Michigan Avenue Bridge. Today, the hotel rooms span an adjoining 22-story glass structure, walking distance from Millennium Park and Magnificent Mile shopping, with Chicago's only three-level rooftop bar. I designed a retail space that is based on the existing hotel aesthetic and style. The retail space features fixtures that use an industrial modern style with warm lighting. The store offers high-end products and brands. The curated space offers men's and women’s fashion, travel essentials, and choose luxury items. The retail space gives a warm inviting feel with an elegant touch. The fixtures are mainly dark steel and warmly finished wood giving the space a clean modern look.
