A Modern Cosmopolitan Vibe Condominium Kitchen & Powder Room
The design will showcase modern cosmopolitan vibes in tune with downtown Toronto where the client resides. It will capture the rawness of the urban environment, like the plaster or concrete cement finish of the streetscape and the linear pattern of the skyscrapers. Thus, the materials and finishes will resemble such elements. Furthermore, the design will elicit simplicity yet stylish and promote a tactile experience by using textured wall tiles for the powder room. Meanwhile, the linear forms will be evident through the use of finishes, the striation effect of the wallcovering in the powder room and the symmetry of the cabinetry run. Moreover, the concept will display a tone-on-tone nude colour palette with a tinge of colour punch like the cognac leather of the bar stool. Lastly, the proposal is tailored to the client's needs; hence, it will elicit her lifestyle and personality - on-the-go, metropolis living, and in modish.
