For this mini display, I created a contrast between the elevated and the mundane. It can be easy to forget, when we see beautiful items, that hard work is what creates masterpieces. This applies not only to the work of the jeweler or the artist but to the work of the custodian, the farmer, the teacher, and all those who contribute to others. Therefore, although they are not immediately visually appealing, a pair of old work boots takes center stage in this display. They pay homage to those who work hard and do well, no matter their profession.
