Home Sweet Home - Final Interior Design Thesis
"Home Sweet Home” is a Hospice Care Centre, specializing in the care of terminally ill elders suffering with pancreatic cancer. The goal of a hospice centre is to create an environment which improves the patient's quality of life in their final moments. The vision for “Home Sweet Home” was to construct and develop a space that elicits subjective feelings of happiness, care, love, and comfort. This conscientiously designed facility is the perfect space due to the individualization that tends to be lacking in hospices today, as culturally specific inclusivity will be utilized to actively celebrate the culture of guests.
