Hans Boodt Mannequins in collaboration with Thierry Mugler - couturier, director, photographer and visionary perfumer – in the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. Premiering in Montreal, ‘Thierry Mugler: Couturissime’ is the first exhibition dedicated to the French creator. The exhibition displays over 140 ensembles, accessories, stage costumes, videos and sketches. Most garments, produced between 1977 and 2014, are restored and exhibited for the first time. Premiering at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (MMFA), one of Canada’s most visited museums and the eighth-most visited museum in North America. Exhibitions of the museum combine various artistic disciplines – arts, music, film, fashion and design – and are exported around the world. Photos by Nicolas Ruel.
