As shown, we have proposed a two-tone cabinetry design which would give a raw yet contemporary look. The flat panel cabinetry looks even, and oak cabinets add to the beauty of this kitchen. White marble back-splash helps brighten up the space and would make the kitchen look a timeless beauty. Under cabinet lighting adds to the aesthetics and we feel all of this when brought together would be a perfect theme for client's loft. For powder room, we have decided to go with concrete and wooden theme. We will have a full height mirror for the vanity which will reflect light and make an illusion of the bathroom look bigger. Moreover, these colours would go perfectly with the loft theme. The wall opposite to vanity will feature a horizontal black slat wall with shelves and horizontal slats will make the room look broader. The other 2 walls will be covered with concrete themed wallpaper to give a raw look and same would be the floor tiles. The lighting and fixtures will be brass finished which would look elegant, classy, raw and yet sophisticated.
