For the Spring 2025 season, Duggal Visual Solutions brought the Estée Lauder × Ladurée collaboration to life with a pastel-rich “Spring Outpost” installation at Macy’s Herald Square. Inspired by the elegance of Parisian patisseries, the pop-up featured custom-fabricated display bunkers wrapped in soft mint, rose, and powder-blue vinyls; oversized rigid boxes accented with raised gold acrylic emblems; and a delicately patterned backdrop that framed the full collection of limited-edition gift sets.
Duggal produced and installed a full suite of branded elements, including MDF-built awnings, column graphics, vinyl-wrapped fixtures with shelving and doors, and a series of XL decorative boxes that anchored the space. To complete the immersive environment, the team crafted lush blue hydrangea, delphinium, wisteria, and ranunculus arrangements — adding a sense of romantic flourishes and sculptural dimension that echoed the confection-inspired packaging.
The finished experience blended soft lighting, detailed fabrication, and refined material choices to create a polished boutique environment inside one of New York’s busiest retail floors. From fabrication and floral styling to delivery, installation, and strike, Duggal managed every detail to create a seamless, visually inviting moment that celebrated both brands’ shared love of artistry, beauty, and color-forward design.
