Origins - Mega Mushroom
With the launch of the exhibition ‘Mushrooms; The Art, design and Future of Fungi’ at Somerset House, Origins collaborated with their products ‘Mega Mushroom’ for a POP-UP shop and an evening event.
Hello Flamingo worked with the creative team ot Origins to develop the Mega Mushroom concept using sustainable and recyclable materials. Beautiful mushroom artwork was printed on card before being transformed into 3D paper sculpts.
The mushrooms were installed against a moss wall to showcase the products with giant hanging mushrooms chandeliers in the Somerset House gift shop.
An evening event showcasing Origins products in the Spring Restaurant featured 2 giant archways filled with 3D mushrooms creating walkways into the venue.
Tiny mushrooms were handmade to dress the tables in the venue.
