Lobby Renovations
Sargenti Architects was selected by the Flynn Company to provide preliminary design services to a newly purchased warehouse and office building in the industrial park section of Swedesboro, NJ. The ultimate design goal is to provide a Class A office building within the new building owner’s budget that will attract multiple, new corporate clients while simultaneously maintaining the two existing industrial clients currently leasing space within the building.
