In anticipation of the upcoming SpongeBob SquarePants film release, Duggal Visual Solutions partnered with leading creative and entertainment brands, including Burger King and Paramount Pictures, to bring the world of Bikini Bottom to life through a large-scale pop-up activation and month-long in-store promotion tied to the SpongeBob-themed menu launch.
Duggal produced and installed more than 10,000 square feet of large-format printed graphics, including a full exterior building wrap, immersive interior visuals, and the engineering and fabrication of a 24-foot-tall SpongeBob structure. The installation also featured a sculptural wooden sailing ship and oversized flying SpongeBob character elements, precision-cut from steel and finished with dimensional detailing and wrapped with real rope for added texture and realism.
The project required end-to-end execution across multiple disciplines, including file preparation, proofing, color management, custom fabrication, quality control, logistics, and on-site installation, resulting in a highly interactive, photo-driven brand environment designed for both in-person engagement and social sharing.
The activation transformed the restaurant into a playful, immersive destination where families and fans could explore the space, interact with iconic characters, capture photos, and experience the SpongeBob universe in a bold, experiential retail setting.
