The Capital One Cafe transformed into a festive holiday hub for an activation focused on promoting Capital One Shopping, positioning it as the ultimate interactive tool for finding the best gifts and deals of the season. The activation immediately captured the holiday spirit with: Engaging Holiday-Themed Facade Graphics: The exterior of the cafe was adorned with lively and festive holiday graphics. These visuals created a warm, inviting atmosphere, clearly signaling the season and drawing guests in with promises of holiday cheer and smart shopping solutions. Inside, the experience was driven by interactive, gift-focused environment: Interactive "Best Gift Options" Quiz Hubwall: The cafe featured an interactive hub wall hosting a fun and engaging quiz. This quiz challenged customers on their knowledge of the best holiday gift options based on the recipient, cleverly integrating information about how Capital One Shopping can help them save money and find perfect presents. The gamified format made learning about the platform enjoyable and memorable. The Large Gift Machine: Adding an element of playful suspense, a large gift “gumball” machine was prominently featured. Customers who engaged with the gift machine would receive a festive ornament from the machine with select ornaments holding a free coffee card.These ornaments can be decorated and can become a delightful holiday keepsake. To complete the experience and encourage the use of Capital One Shopping, customers received practical and festive takeaways: Festive Winter Holiday Cards: Guests received beautifully designed festive winter holiday cards, perfect for sending to friends and family. Stickers for Wrapping: They also received stickers for wrapping—a perfect complement for all the amazing gifts they purchased with the help of Capital One Shopping. This activation successfully blended the joy of the holiday season with the practical value of Capital One Shopping, creating a memorable, interactive, and rewarding in-cafe experience. See More
