First Impression has been nominated for the Shop! D-A-CH Awards for its audiovisual integration at the Lindt flagship store in Piccadilly Circus, London.
The installation includes a high-brightness LED window wall facing Piccadilly Circus, designed for visibility in a high-traffic urban environment. The display operates at approximately 3000 nits and uses ambient light sensors to automatically adjust brightness levels throughout the day.
Inside the store, a four-meter cylindrical LED structure is positioned in the Pick & Mix area, complemented by additional ultra-wide and portrait displays across key zones, including the Fresh Bar, Master Chocolatier station, and checkout. Content across the network is delivered via BrightSign Series-5 media players and managed through DISE content management software.
The system is monitored through First Impression’s network operations infrastructure, supporting continuous operation in a high-traffic retail setting.
The audiovisual setup was designed using a standardized configuration to allow deployment across multiple store locations.
The Shop! D-A-CH Awards recognize retail design and shopper marketing projects across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The nomination places the project among shortlisted entries for the current award cycle.
