echion AG – AI-Driven Customer Interaction Solutions

At EuroShop 2026, echion AG presented its digital AI avatar “Aera Bloom” as part of its booth concept focused on AI-supported communication.

Positioned as a virtual representative for future@echion, the avatar interacted with visitors and supported product communication through conversational interfaces. The demonstration illustrated how AI-driven dialogue can be integrated into physical retail environments.

A key element of the presentation was the “Lift & Learn” functionality. When a product, such as a loudspeaker, was picked up, sensors triggered the display of related information on a screen. Combined with the AI avatar, the system enabled contextual explanations, follow-up responses, and guided interactions, showing how product recognition and conversational interfaces can operate together at the point of sale.

The solution is built on echion’s platform “Aera Bloom & Friends,” which supports the creation and deployment of digital characters equipped with structured knowledge. The platform allows companies to develop customized avatars and analyze user interactions to better understand information needs and engagement patterns.

During the trade show, discussions with visitors focused on practical applications and integration into existing digital signage and CMS infrastructures.

In addition to AI applications, echion AG’s portfolio includes solutions in in-store audio, digital signage, scent marketing, content management systems, and podcast production.
