Dalziel & Pow, a global strategy and design studio working across retail, service, and cultural sectors, participated in EuroShop 2026 in February as part of the Designer Village. The studio collaborates with brands across industries including retail, fashion, telecommunications, automotive, and technology, focusing on brand experience, communication, and spatial design.
The studio’s client portfolio includes companies such as Google, EE, M&S, NEXT, Volkswagen, RW&CO, and Samsung.
During the event, Creative Director Richard Bennett presented on the Retail (Un)covered Stage, addressing changing consumer behaviours and their impact on retail experiences across physical and digital environments. The session explored current approaches to retail design and evolving expectations shaping brand interactions.
EuroShop 2026 provided an opportunity for industry professionals to reconnect and exchange perspectives on how brands are adapting to shifting retail conditions and customer expectations.
