Coach 2024 WindowsWear Mentorship Program Winners!

WindowsWear kicked off its 2024 Mentorship Program in partnership with Coach, by inviting students to share their concepts for Coach’s “Sensory Space Pop-Up” that immerses customers into at least one of the 5 senses, highlighting retail, design, marketing, and technology strategies. On April 15, 2024, Coach and WindowsWear invited the ten finalists to celebrate at Coach headquarters in New York City with a special tour of the leather atelier and a visit to the archives collection. The top finalists presented their project to the Tapestry Global Visual Experience team and Talent Acquisition team and WindowsWear team, who selected two 1st place winners, one 2nd place winner, and one 3rd place winner that will win paid internships for the summer 2024 and other prizes.

The 2024 WindowsWear Mentorship Program with Coach has unveiled an exceptional array of finalists. Students have taken on the challenge of designing a “Sensory Space Pop-Up” that transcends traditional retail norms. Immersing customers into the realm of the senses, the top finalists have crafted environments that focus on sound, smell, taste, sight, and touch. Students created a futuristic and immersive retail space that not only tells the Coach story but also forges a deep emotional connection with consumers, providing a unique avenue for self-expression.

The WindowsWear Mentorship Program connects brands with students from around the world! Brands present brief ideas to students to identify top talent, and students submit projects to win paid internships and prizes from Coach, and Kate Spade!
