Coach Brings Consumers a New Experience: Signature City on T-mall!

To bring consumers a new and compelling experience, Coach is launching an immersive shopping feature for T-mall Luxury Pavilion, Alibaba Group’s dedicated platform for luxury and premium brands.

To celebrate the new Signature Jacquard collection, Coach released a game “Signature City” on T-mall. A musical Coach city-scape full of dancing Rexy’s in between NYC & Shanghai. All of the iconic elements like the subway, NYC benches, fire escapes are present in the space.

The experience sits on T-mall second floor – it offers visitors a month-long game where they can accrue points each day but keep coming back. These points over the duration of the experience can be leveraged toward Coach’s future collections.
