WindowsWear is honored to celebrate the retirement of Louise Franklin, a trailblazer in the field of visual merchandising and a beloved professor at Sheridan College. Louise has served with dedication and distinction in the Faculty of Animation, Arts & Design, where she led the Visual Merchandising Arts program and professor since 1996.

Throughout her tenure, Louise played an instrumental role in shaping the creative futures of countless students. Her innovative approach, mentorship, and industry expertise helped establish the program as one of the top visual merchandising design offerings in Canada.

From inspiring in-class learning to overseeing stunning student installations and displays, Louise continually pushed the boundaries of what’s possible. She also fostered meaningful industry collaborations, bringing real-world opportunities to her students and elevating their professional readiness.

As she embarks on her well-earned retirement, we honor Louise for her extraordinary contributions, and for the legacy she leaves in every student, project, and display window across our campus and beyond.
