Dear rag & bone family, It is with great excitement that I’ve joined the team here in New York as CEO of rag & bone. A long-time customer and fan of the brand, I love what we stand for: authenticity, originality, quality and challenging the status quo. We will build on this inspiring foundation as we look to co-create our future, which begins with you, our customers. Over the last several weeks, I’ve been inspired meeting many of you in our stores. We are embarking on a journey to learn as much as we can about our customer. With more information, we will become even smarter about elevating our services in store and online. We aim to provide personalized moments and deliver more of what you want, when you want, in a way that is uniquely rag & bone. Whether you’ve been with us since our first delivery of jeans or you are new to the rag & bone world, we appreciate your support.
