Calvin Klein has officially unveiled its new global flagship store in Tokyo, Japan, marking a major milestone in the brand’s worldwide retail expansion. Situated in the vibrant heart of Harajuku, the three-story space is envisioned as both a cultural and commercial destination, introducing the ultimate Calvin Klein brand experience to one of the world’s most influential fashion capitals.
The Tokyo opening follows the brand’s Paris flagship debut in 2024 and precedes the highly anticipated SoHo, New York opening later this year—solidifying Calvin Klein’s strategic growth in key global markets.
Speaking on the launch, David Savman, Global Brand President of Calvin Klein, shared:
“The Tokyo flagship marks a pivotal milestone in the global retail strategy for the Calvin Klein brand. Calvin Klein has always stood at the intersection of fashion and culture, creating products and consumer experiences that resonate and inspire, and our stores are where this element of our iconic DNA is the most fully realized. We are excited to expand our footprint in one of the world’s most influential fashion capitals and deliver an elevated consumer experience where the Calvin Klein way of living meets the culture of fashion.”
The store design blends Calvin Klein’s signature minimalism with traditional Japanese craftsmanship, featuring a natural palette enriched with stone, plaster, glass, paper, and cedar. The result is a clean, minimal space that bridges heritage and modernity, offering visitors a thoughtful and elevated retail environment.
The Calvin Klein Tokyo flagship officially opens its doors on August 29, welcoming customers to experience a new chapter in the brand’s global journey.
