Dior – 橱窗展示
Milan Windows 08 | More Beautiful, and Happier Too In spring, DIOR’s windows fill with grey boxes. Hatboxes and gift boxes rise in stacks. Shoes and bags peek through the gaps; a mannequin pauses over opened tissue paper. Dior Grey. White labels. Elegance begins with a box. The design recalls DIOR’s 1947 boutique, Colifichets. Yet these boxes are more than packaging. They are doors into the House. At Jonathan Anderson’s Spring/Summer 2026 show, models circled a symbolic box like visitors inside an opened museum. Nearly eighty years of history flashed before disappearing inside it. One question remained: Do you dare to enter the House of Dior? Every designer answers differently, adding another layer of light to this expanding house. From couture to Autumn/Winter, water lilies from the Tuileries entered the runway. Lines grew restrained; a new rhythm emerged. Entering this House is never easy. Even its name seems to contain light: Dieu and or. God and gold. It offers warmth, pressure and inspiration. At Anderson’s DIOR debut, Bruce Springsteen’s State Trooper repeated: “Please don’t stop me.” There can never be one DIOR—just as Hamlet changes through a thousand eyes. It may be vivid inspiration. Or a quiet grey box, waiting for love at first sight. As Christian Dior said: “I dreamed not only of making them more beautiful, but happier, too.” DIOR leaves you more beautiful, and happier, too.
