Giant Cheeseburger Props — FRP Fabrication for Restaurant Display
A production run of ten oversized cheeseburger sculptures, hand-sculpted and cast in FRP (fiberglass) as decorative props for a burger restaurant inside a shopping mall. Each unit was built through our full sculpting workflow — 3D modeling, mold making, FRP lamination, multi-stage sanding, and automotive-grade gloss finishing — to achieve the wet-look sheen on every layer, from the sesame bun to the ruffled lettuce and melting cheese.
The challenge in a batch like this is consistency: ten units, identical in form, color gradient, and finish quality, engineered lightweight enough for easy handling in-store yet durable for long-term commercial display.
