WindowsWear hosted a group of fashion students and professors from Universidad Iberoamericana from Mexico City during their Fashion Design Leadership Program in New York City. The visit included a WindowsWear presentation and a behind-the-scenes tour of Hearst's New York City headquarters, ELLE, and Good Housekeeping!
WindowsWear shared with the students how the company got started, its business model, growth prospects, and strategic direction.
James D'Adamo, Group Advertising Director of Hearst, provided an amazing, behind-the-scenes tour of Hearst, ELLE, and Good Housekeeping. Mr. D'Adamo is an experienced executive at Hearst, and previously served as Executive Style Director of O, The Oprah Magazine and the American Fashion Director of ALLURE Magazine.
The students tour The Hearst Galleries, just one level up from the main entrance. Works of art are showcased across the building.
The students get a behind-the-scenes presentation of the sample closet of ELLE Magazine, provided by Alexa Cohen, Advertising Sales Coordinator, and Natalie Buchanan, Fashion Assistant at ELLE Magazine.
The students tour the offices of Good Housekeeping, Hearst's most popular publication.
The tour ends at the top floor of the Hearst Tower, with amazing views of New York City. Here's group photo of the fashion students and professors from Universidad Iberoamericana with James D'Adamo, Group Advertising Director of Hearst, and WindowsWear.
