The WindowsWear Mentorship Program connects brands with students from around the world. Brands present brief ideas to students to identify top talent, and students submit projects to win paid internships and other prizes from brands like Coach, Givenchy, Kate Spade, Longchamp, Michael Kors. Congratulations to all the 2026 winners!
Coach | Meet The Winners
Students took on the challenge of imagining what a “third space” could look like for Coach. The brand invited students to develop a strategy that maintains Coach’s unique personality, takes culture and community into account, and remains applicable globally.
Coach selected 4 winners who presented their projects to the Tapestry Global Visual Experience team, Talent Acquisition team, and WindowsWear team. Two 1st place winners receive paid Summer 2026 internships at Coach in New York City; 2nd and 3rd place winners receive prizes from the brand.

All finalists not selected as 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place winners receive a Coach gift valued at $50 and a letter signed by Sponsor’s VP, Global Visual Experience and other leaders.
Past Editions
Finalists designed a strategy with at least 10 ideas to fuel retail growth and stay top of mind for Gen Z, creating an emotional connection with Coach consumers. Winners toured the Coach leather atelier and archives in NYC.
