For Bonhams’ flagship New York presentation of Diane Keaton: The Architecture of an Icon, Duggal Visual Solutions collaborated on the production and installation of a richly layered exhibition environment that celebrated the Academy Award-winning actress’s enduring influence across fashion, architecture, cinema, and design.
Presented at Bonhams’ Manhattan location, the exhibition transformed the gallery into an immersive visual journey through Keaton’s distinctive creative world. Drawing inspiration from her celebrated personal style, passion for architecture, extensive collecting, and iconic film career, the space blended editorial storytelling with experiential design to create a destination-worthy cultural experience.
Duggal Visual Solutions oversaw the production and installation of environmental graphics and branded spatial elements throughout the exhibition. Large-scale printed murals, dimensional logo treatments, vinyl quote walls, and custom experiential installations helped establish a cohesive narrative while guiding visitors through the collection. Oversized graphics and architectural interventions transformed traditional gallery walls into dynamic storytelling surfaces, creating a highly visual environment that invited exploration and discovery.
The exhibition featured custom wall shelving and peg displays showcasing curated objects and memorabilia, while collectible-inspired poster stack installations referenced both gallery culture and contemporary retail environments. Throughout the space, layered collage moments highlighted the intersections of Keaton’s creative pursuits, weaving together references to film, photography, architecture, fashion, and personal collecting.
