The WindowsWear Mentorship Program connects brands with students from around the world! Brands present brief ideas to students to identify top talent, and students submit projects to win paid internships and other prizes from brands like Coach.

COACH | MEET THE WINNERS
Students took on the challenge of thinking what could a “third space” look like for Coach. The brand invited students to imagine a strategy that maintains the unique personality of Coach, taking culture and community into account and for their idea to be applicable globally.
Winners
Coach selected 4 winners who had the opportunity to present their project to the Tapestry Global Visual Experience team, Talent Acquisition team, and WindowsWear team, who then selected two 1st place winners that will receive paid internships for the summer 2026, while 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive other prizes from the brand.

All the finalists that were not selected as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will receive a Coach gift valued at $50 and a letter congratulating them on their submission signed by Sponsor’s VP, Global Visual Experience, and/or other leaders.
WindowsWear kicked off its 2026 Mentorship Program in partnership with Coach, by inviting students to share their Finalists designed a strategy that included at least 10 ideas to fuel what could a “third space” look like for Coach. Coach selected 4 winners who had the opportunity to present their project to the Tapestry Global Visual Experience team, Talent Acquisition team, and WindowsWear team, who selected two 1st place winners, one 2nd place winner, and one 3rd place winner that will win paid internships for the summer 2026 and other prizes from the brand. On April 15, 2026, Coach and WindowsWear invited the ten finalists to celebrate at Coach headquarters in New York City with a special tour of the leather atelier and a visit to the archives collection.
