Pacific Northern – EMPOWER™ Wire-Free Power Technology for Retail Displays

Düsseldorf, Germany — February 22, 2026 — Pacific Northern presented EMPOWER™, a proprietary wire-free power system designed to supply energy to retail environments without visible cables or batteries.

Demonstrated February 22–26 in Hall 10 | Stand D50, EMPOWER™ uses three-dimensional Power Zones™ to deliver energy across defined areas within a store environment. The system is designed to power multiple devices simultaneously, removing the need for visible wiring, battery replacements, or manual recharging.

The system can be integrated into shelving, tables, wall panels, display cases, and custom fixtures. Different power levels can operate within the same ecosystem, allowing lighting, digital displays, motion elements, and interactive technologies to function within a single infrastructure.

Demonstrations showed how EMPOWER™ can be incorporated into both new store environments and existing fixtures, providing an alternative approach to powering retail displays and interactive installations.
