Kriskadecor – Custom Aluminium Chain Installations for Interior Environments

Kriskadecor participates in EuroShop, the world’s leading event for the retail sector, taking place from 22nd to 26th February 2026 at the Messe Düsseldorf exhibition centre. The company is located in Hall 11, booth #B26.

At this edition, the Kriskadecor stand, designed by Odosdesign, recreates an elegant, contemporary space where materiality takes centre stage. Through various applications in silver, apricot, and satin gold tones, the installation demonstrates how aluminium chains can transform stores and shopping centres, creating environments that evolve, breathe,
and tell stories. The stand also features a special application combining chain and a 3D-printed structure, developed in collaboration with Nagami.

Our presence at EuroShop reinforces Kriskadecor’s positioning as a highly customisable material for retail, contract, and hybrid space projects: solutions that adeptly respond to evolving consumption patterns and spatial requirements, seamlessly combining identity, flexibility, and design.

A showcase of possibilities

In the contemporary retail environment, interior design has become a strategic tool capable of transforming commercial spaces into immersive experiences. Beyond aesthetics, it helps optimise visitor flow, highlight products through the judicious use of light and materials, and reinforce brand identity, directly influencing customer perception and
behaviour.

Within this context, the space presented in Düsseldorf is a compelling demonstration of the creative potential of aluminium chains. Kriskadecor develops entirely bespoke projects, offering architects and designers a wide range of solutions: space dividers, wallcoverings, ceiling features, lighting elements, façades, or special structures for all types of commercial environments.

The material’s versatility and lightness allow each installation to be adapted in colour, shape, and dimensions. Furthermore, thanks to in-house technology and an extensive palette of finishes and colours, it is possible to reproduce logos, images, and patterns with remarkable precision.

Examples include the window displays of Alsterhaus department store in Hamburg, Heinemann’s commercial spaces at Sydney Airport, and the exterior cladding of the Disney Glamour store in Disneyland Paris.

100 years of innovation and bespoke design

Kriskadecor specialises in creating fully bespoke projects using aluminium chains, offering architects and interior designers a wide range of solutions: space dividers, wallcoverings, ceiling features, outdoor cladding, lighting elements, or any other custom structure imaginable.

The versatility and lightness of the chains make it possible to customise designs in terms of colour, shape, and dimensions. Additionally, thanks to in-house technology and an extensive palette of colours, they can reproduce any image or pattern with brilliant or satin finishes. Notably, aluminium is 100% recyclable, making it an ideal choice for projects committed to sustainability.

Since 1926, Kriskadecor has maintained innovation, customisation, and client proximity as core values. Today, led by the third generation, the company remains true to the spirit of its founder, Josep Maria Sans Amill: “There’s nothing that can’t be done, we just have to find the way.”

The company undertakes projects in hotels and restaurants, corporate offices, public spaces such as museums and airports, retail stores, shopping centres, trade shows, events, and even private residences worldwide. Since 2016, they have operated a second office in Miami, United States.

Update:
Kriskadecor was awarded the Silver Award in the Medium-Sized Stand category at the EXHIBITOR Magazine EuroShop Awards.
