Coach 2025 WindowsWear Mentorship Program Winners!

WindowsWear kicked off its 2025 Mentorship Program in partnership with Coach, by inviting students to share their Finalists designed a strategy that included at least 10 ideas to fuel retail growth and stay top of mind for Gen Z. Their goal for this project was to create an emotional connection with the Coach consumers, and to create a world where they can express themselves. Coach selected 4 winners who had the opportunity to present their project to the Tapestry Global Visual Experience team, Talent Acquisition team, and WindowsWear team, who selected two 1st place winners, one 2nd place winner, and one 3rd place winner that will win paid internships for the summer 2025 and other prizes from the brand. On April 8, 2025, Coach and WindowsWear invited the ten finalists to celebrate at Coach headquarters in New York City with a special tour of the leather atelier and a visit to the archives collection.

Meet The Winners

Coach selected 4 winners who had the opportunity to present their project to the Tapestry Global Visual Experience team, Talent Acquisition team, and WindowsWear team, who selected two 1st place winners, who will win paid internships for summer 2025. Our 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive another prize from the brand.

All the finalists that were not selected as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will receive a Coach gift valued at $50 and a letter congratulating them on their submission signed by Sponsor’s VP, Global Visual Experience, and/or other leaders.
