HOTEL POLICY
Arrival: Check in time is 4pm. Breakfast is included free at the hotel.
Individual Reservation Billing: Room, tax, and porterage is routed to WindowsWear and guests will be asked for a credit card at check in for incidentals. Please note that even though your hotel room nights, taxes, fees, and tips have already been fully paid for with your conference registration fee, the hotel will require and ask each room for a copy of your credit card as a method of payment for any incidental charges. This is a standard policy by the hotel and if do not incur any incidental charges, then nothing will be charged to you.
Porterage: Included in your reservation is a porterage fee (baggage handling) that is distributed entirety to the bell staff. There is no need to tip beyond what is already included in your reservation.
HOW TO DRESS
* For Wednesday evening, wear cocktail attire as we’ll be a rooftop lounge with wine and appetizers and we’ll also have a professional photographer. Many in the fashion industry have their own unique sense of style.
* On Thursday and Friday, wear comfortable clothing as we’ll be doing a lot of activities and walking. We’ll start the mornings with presentations and afternoons with site visits, tours, and experiences.
The entire experience will be photographed for WindowsWear’s press & social media purposes.
